Delete your account

Deletion removes the AdScore account and retained service data; it does not delete your Google publisher account.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Open AdScore and sign in.
  2. Open Account → Export, disconnect or delete.
  3. Disconnect Google if you want immediate provider-token revocation.
  4. Choose Delete AdScore account and confirm the permanent request.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@bighelpers.in from the email address used for AdScore with the subject “AdScore account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted or retained

Active sessions are ended; provider credentials, profile data, device registrations, preferences and retained reporting data are removed or irreversibly de-identified. Limited security, fraud, legal or backup records may remain only for their stated retention period. Store subscriptions, when available, must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play.
