Status
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 use phased commencement. Some institutional provisions are in force and many processing obligations are scheduled for later commencement. AdScore is building toward the full framework and does not claim government certification.
Purposes and consent
Identity data enables account access; OAuth credentials enable the connection requested by you; publisher identifiers and aggregates enable reports; device data and preferences enable sessions and alerts; audit events enable security. Provider scopes are read-only.
Data Principal controls
AdScore provides notices, privacy controls, provider disconnect, export and deletion entry points. Requests for access, correction, completion, erasure or grievance handling may be sent to privacy@bighelpers.in.
Security and updates
Credential encryption, tenant isolation, minimum scopes and audit controls reduce risk. This notice will change as provisions commence or official guidance changes.
