Scope and operator
AdScore is an independent publisher-reporting product operated by Big Helpers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.
Data processed
We process sign-in identity and contact data, timezone and currency settings, session and device identifiers, notification preferences, subscription status, security events, support communications, read-only OAuth credentials, publisher identifiers and reporting aggregates. If you turn on AdScore AI, we also process the questions you ask it and the text it writes for you. We do not request or store your provider password.
Purposes
Data is used to authenticate you, retrieve the reports you request, present dashboards and widgets, apply your settings, deliver enabled alerts, explain your earnings with AdScore AI when you have turned it on, protect the service, respond to support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use publisher earnings for targeted advertising.
Processors
Contracted hosting, database, email, diagnostics, push, billing and support providers may process limited data only to deliver AdScore. Reporting requests are sent to the provider you connect. If you turn on AdScore AI, an outside AI model service also receives the figures described under AdScore AI.
AdScore AI (optional)
AdScore AI is off until you agree to it in the app. When it is on, Big Helpers' server sends an outside AI model service the figures AdScore has already worked out from your account: your AdSense totals and comparisons (earnings, impressions, page views, clicks and RPM), the addresses of your top pages and, if connected, your Google Analytics summary, together with any question you type. AdScore AI uses them only to explain your earnings, answer your questions, suggest ideas to try and add a likely cause to your alerts. Your Google password, sign-in tokens and OAuth credentials are never sent. Every figure comes from AdScore, not from AdScore AI, and AdScore AI can be wrong, so check anything important in AdSense. Ideas are kept with your account for up to seven days so they can be shown again, and a reason added to an alert is kept with that alert in your alert history. You can turn AdScore AI off at any time in Account → Privacy; AdScore then stops sending your figures for AI and shows only its own figures.
Controls and rights
You can hide values, use privacy-safe notifications, turn AdScore AI on or off, disconnect a provider, request an export and request account deletion. Applicable rights may also include access, correction, completion, erasure and grievance handling.
