SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication basics

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC help receiving mail servers decide whether messages from your domain are legitimate. They are published in DNS, usually as TXT records.

SPF lists the services allowed to send mail for your domain. DKIM adds a cryptographic signature to outgoing messages. DMARC tells receivers what to do when SPF or DKIM checks fail and can send reports that help identify problems.

Big Helpers reviews all sending sources before tightening policies. This matters because newsletters, CRMs, invoicing tools, website forms, and support systems may send email on your behalf. Missing one sender can cause legitimate mail to land in spam.
