Getting your GST invoice from Big Helpers
Need a GST invoice for your Big Helpers payment? You can download it from the client portal once the invoice has been issued and the payment record is updated.
Your invoice includes the billing name, GSTIN if provided, invoice number, invoice date, service description, taxable value, GST amount, and payment status. Please make sure your company name, GSTIN, billing address, and state are correct before invoice generation wherever possible.
If your GSTIN or billing details are missing, open a support ticket with the invoice number, registered email, correct GSTIN, legal name, and billing address. Big Helpers will review whether the invoice can be corrected or reissued according to the current billing record.
