Uptime monitoring and incident support
Uptime monitoring helps Big Helpers detect when a website becomes unavailable or starts behaving unexpectedly. Instead of waiting for a customer or team member to report an issue, monitoring gives an early signal.
When an incident is detected, we assess whether the issue is caused by hosting, DNS, SSL, application code, third-party services, or a recent update. Depending on the plan and access available, recovery may include restarting services, rolling back a change, restoring from backup, or escalating to the hosting provider.
Incident support restores service first. After the site is stable, Big Helpers can summarize what happened and what should be improved.
