Use the Big Helpers client portal to view invoices, payment history, support tickets, replies, attachments, and Knowledge Base articles from one secure place.
To sign in, open the portal link provided by Big Helpers and use the email address associated with your account. If you do not remember your password, use the password reset option and check your inbox. Only use the email address approved for your organization or project.
Once signed in, you can review open and past tickets, confirm ticket IDs, add updates, and search the Knowledge Base before opening a new request. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment details, or private credentials in support messages.
