Copyright and IP Complaints

The text, design, code and media on bighelpers.in are owned by Bighelpers Software and Solutions Pvt Ltd. All rights are reserved.
You may quote short passages from our pages if you include a visible link back to the page you quoted. Anything more than a short quote needs written permission from admin@bighelpers.in.
Our clients own the deliverables we build for them. Code, design files, hosting credentials and admin access transfer to the client on launch day, as explained in our Terms of Service.
2. How to report copyright or IP infringement
If you believe your work is being used without permission on our sites, please tell us. You can use this process for three kinds of content:
- Content on bighelpers.in.
- Verification records shown at /securesign.
- Content stored by customers in BusinessSetu Pro (on businesssetupro.in).
Send your complaint to our Grievance Officer through any channel below. Please use the subject line "IP complaint" so it reaches the right person quickly.

3. What your notice must include
Please include all of the following. A complete notice helps us act faster.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been copied.
- The exact web address (URL) on our sites where you found the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner.
- A statement that you are the owner, or that you are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
If something is missing, we will ask you for it before we can act.
4. What happens next
- We acknowledge. We confirm receipt of your notice within 3 business days.
- We act. If the material is clearly infringing, we remove it or switch off access to it promptly.
- We inform the customer. If the content belongs to a BusinessSetu Pro customer, we notify that customer.
BusinessSetu Pro customers are responsible for the content they upload. We act on valid notices.
5. Counter-notice
The person who posted the material may disagree with your complaint. They can send us a counter-notice.
A counter-notice must include the same contact details listed in section 3, plus a statement that the sender accepts the court's authority to decide the dispute. If the complainant does not obtain a court order within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
6. Repeat infringers
Customers who repeatedly use other people’s work without permission lose their accounts.
7. Misuse of this process
Knowingly making a false claim may expose you to liability under applicable law. Please do not use this process to trouble a competitor or remove content you do not own.
