How much does a website cost?
It depends on what you need. A small-business marketing site is ₹15,000 – ₹50,000. A custom-designed website with CMS, payment gateway, and admin panel is ₹50,000 – ₹1.5 lakh. A full web app with mobile app + automation is ₹2.5 lakh – ₹8 lakh+. We always quote a fixed scope upfront — no “USD per hour” surprises.
How long will my project take?
Most websites: 4-6 weeks. Mobile apps: 6-10 weeks. Custom CRM/automation: 6-12 weeks. Bigger products: 3-6 months. We share a week-by-week plan in the first week so you always know what’s next.
Do I own the code and design after the project?
Yes — 100%. Code, design files, hosting credentials, admin access — all transferred to you on launch day. We don’t lock you into our hosting or hold credentials hostage. Most clients stay because we make it easy, not because we trap them.
Will you give a GST-compliant invoice?
Yes — every invoice is a proper GST invoice from a registered Pvt Ltd company. Useful for your tax filing + ITC claims (where applicable). We accept payment via UPI, bank transfer, cards, or cheque — your choice.
What’s the payment structure?
Standard split: 50% advance, 30% on milestone delivery (mid-project), 20% on launch. For larger projects we can split into 4 milestones. We never ask for 100% upfront. If you abandon the project mid-way, you only pay for work delivered (no hidden penalty).
What if I’m not happy with the work?
We’ve never had a client refuse to pay because of bad work — that’s the result of our weekly demo cycle. You see progress every Monday, give feedback during the build, not after. If you’re genuinely unhappy with a milestone, we revise it free until it’s right. No guesswork at the end.
Can you sign an NDA?
Of course. We routinely sign NDAs for startup founders and consulting clients. Standard 2-page NDA we can sign on day 1. Or use yours.
Do you do ongoing maintenance?
Yes — but it’s optional. After the included free post-launch period (30-90 days), we offer monthly retainers from ₹2,500 – ₹15,000/month covering backups, security updates, content changes, hosting renewals, uptime monitoring, and emergency response. Many clients stay on retainer for 3-5 years.
Who’ll actually work on my project?
Our in-house team. No outsourcing to other countries, no hand-off to “junior dev”. You’ll have one project manager (your single point of contact) and our developers/designers. Same team from day one to launch.
Are you available for urgent fixes? (e.g., site down on Sunday)
For clients on a maintenance retainer — yes, 24×7 emergency response within 4 hours, typically faster. For one-time project clients without a retainer — best-effort within 24 hrs on weekdays. Most “site down” issues are hosting/DB related and we resolve them in under an hour.
