- I don't have a registered company yet — can I still launch?
- Yes. Most of our women-entrepreneur clients launch as a sole proprietor with just a current account and a GST registration (we'll point you to a CA who handles both for ~₹2,500). You can incorporate as Pvt Ltd later when you cross ₹40 lakh turnover.
- What if I'm starting with a friend / sister / co-founder?
- Perfect — we build the same way. We'll set up an LLP or Pvt Ltd with two directors, give both of you admin access to the dashboard, and structure pricing/inventory ownership cleanly.
- Will you help me write the product descriptions and About page?
- Yes — copywriting is included in Growth and Scale tiers. For Starter, we provide a fill-in-the-blanks template that takes about 2 hours of your time.
- Can my mother / aunty (who runs the kitchen) update prices without breaking the site?
- Yes. We train one "shop manager" account that can change prices, add products, and update inventory through a simple Hindi/English interface. Nobody can break the design or the legal pages.
- Is everything compliant — GST, DPDP, payment regulations?
- Yes. GST e-invoicing built in. DPDP-compliant privacy policy and consent banner included. Razorpay handles all payment-card compliance (PCI). RBI-compliant for international sales if you need that.
- I just want a website. I'm not ready for a cart yet.
- That's exactly the Starter tier — no cart, just a beautiful catalogue site with WhatsApp ordering. You can upgrade to a full cart whenever (we don't charge migration).
- Do you only work with women-led businesses?
