System 2 — Patient record (lightweight EHR)
Full hospital EHRs (Athena, NextGen, Practo's) are overkill and expensive for SMEs. We build a lean patient record:

Post-visit, WhatsApp asks "How was your experience?". Happy customers (4-5★ intent) routed to Google + Practo + JustDial review links. Unhappy routed to private feedback for owner to handle.
