In brief
A small digital business needs four things working together: somewhere customers find you, a way to bill them, a place to review what you earn, and, eventually, custom software when standard tools stop fitting. Big Helpers covers all four layers: BusinessSetu for customers and billing, YourLinks for your link-in-bio presence, AdScore for reviewing site and AdSense earnings, and its custom services for everything else. These are complementary roles, but none of them is documented to integrate with the others automatically, so this guide also shows how to connect the layers manually. Availability facts: YourLinks and AdScore are "Available on iOS. Android is in controlled testing." BusinessSetu runs as a web app with an Android APK download, and its Core plan costs ₹799 a month after a free 14-day trial that asks for no card.

Layer one: presence, where people find you
YourLinks is described as "A creator workspace for publishing and managing a link-in-bio page." For a small business or solo creator, this is the lightest possible presence layer: one address in every bio that routes people to your shop, your WhatsApp, your other profiles and your latest work.
Status: "Available on iOS. Android is in controlled testing."
The job here is narrow and that is its strength. YourLinks is not a website builder and not a store. When you need either of those, you have already outgrown this layer, and that is the signal to move to custom work, covered below.
Layer two: customers and billing
BusinessSetu is Big Helpers' own small-business product: "Run your small business from your phone. Customers, invoices, payments, expenses, and reminders - all in one app." Verified current facts from its pricing page, checked 29 August 2026:
- Core plan: ₹799 per month, billed monthly, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed to start.
- Core includes one organisation, quotes, GST or simple non-GST bills, UPI QR on invoices, expense receipt photos, CA-ready reports and 1-tap WhatsApp share.
- Optional add-on modules carry separate monthly prices: leads and pipelines +₹200, inventory and products +₹250, projects +₹200, time tracking +₹150, staff and payslips +₹300, contracts +₹250.
- Platform: web app plus a direct Android APK download; no iOS app is mentioned on its site.
This layer answers "who owes me what, and what did I spend?" It is the operational heart of the stack for a service business, shop or freelancer.
Layer three: earnings review
AdScore is described as "Publisher revenue intelligence for reviewing AdSense and site earnings." Where BusinessSetu tracks money you bill customers, AdScore reviews money your sites earn: the advertising and revenue side of a content or publishing business.
Status: "Available on iOS. Android is in controlled testing."
The separation between layers two and three is worth naming. Billed revenue and site earnings are different flows with different rhythms: one follows your invoices and follow-ups, the other follows traffic and ad performance. A tool built to review one is not automatically a tool for the other, which is exactly why the portfolio keeps them apart.
Layer four: custom work when standard tools stop fitting
Every stack above is a product many businesses share. When your need is specific, a shared product bends or breaks: a workflow your industry runs differently, an integration only you need, a portal with your own logic. That is the services layer, which builds websites, CRMs, mobile apps, e-commerce and automation against a written scope with fixed INR ranges. Ranges currently published include web development ₹15K to 4L, mobile apps ₹50K to 4L, custom CRM and software ₹50K to 4L, and MVP development ₹2L to 8L.
The honest part: how the layers connect
No automatic integration between BusinessSetu, YourLinks and AdScore is documented on any of their public pages. They are separate products. The connections are yours to make:
- Your YourLinks page can point to wherever you sell or take enquiries.
- BusinessSetu handles the money that follows, with its own WhatsApp share and reminders.
- AdScore reviews what your publishing earns, on its own schedule.
- Custom work fills the gap only you can name.
If anyone tells you these products sync with each other out of the box, treat that as unverified. The stack works because each layer does one job cleanly, not because a hidden pipeline joins them.
Stack decision table

A build order for a new small business
- Put up your link page first; it costs the least time and makes you findable.
- Start the BusinessSetu trial and run real bills through it for two weeks before paying; the trial needs no card, and a demo business is available to explore first.
- Add earnings review when you actually have earnings to review; AdScore earns its place the day ad revenue becomes a line worth watching.
- Commission custom work only when you can name the specific workflow that standard tools cannot carry. If you cannot name it, you are not there yet.

Your next step
Audit your four layers against the table above, start with the weakest one, and for the bespoke gap, describe the problem to the services team and let them map it to the right option.
Disclosure: BusinessSetu, YourLinks and AdScore are Big Helpers products, and the custom services are Big Helpers engagements. Same-owner disclosure applies to every layer in this stack.
Frequently asked questions
Do BusinessSetu, YourLinks and AdScore work together automatically?
No integration between them is documented on their public pages. Each is a separate product; connecting their outputs is your manual work.
Is BusinessSetu part of the 14-app portfolio page?
No. The portfolio page lists fourteen apps; BusinessSetu is sold separately at business-setu.com. Both are Big Helpers products.
What does BusinessSetu cost to try?
Nothing. A 14-day free trial with no card needed is the published offer, verified on the pricing page on 29 August 2026.
Can AdScore track the invoices I raise in BusinessSetu?
Nothing published says so. AdScore is described for reviewing AdSense and site earnings, not billed revenue.
When should I skip products and order custom work?
When you can name a specific workflow, integration or rule that no standard tool carries. The services team maps the problem to the right option before any build.
Where do I check current add-on prices for BusinessSetu?
Always its live pricing page, because module prices can change after this article's 29 August 2026 check.
