App waitlist
Privacy notice
Effective 29 August 2026
The short version: we use the details you submit only to manage the app interests you select and to send relevant release, beta and product updates. We do not sell waitlist data.
1. Who is responsible
Big Helpers Software and Solutions Private Limited operates the waitlist at bighelpers.in/apps and is responsible for the personal data collected through it.
2. What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your name, if you choose to provide it.
- The apps and platform preference you select.
- The date, consent notice version and source of your submission.
- A one-way hash of the connection address and a limited browser description for spam and abuse protection. We do not store the raw connection address in the waitlist database.
We do not collect phone numbers, health information, clipboard content, email content, routes, household records, private vault content or in-app behaviour through this form.
3. Why we use it
We use the information with your consent to:
- record interest in the selected apps and platform;
- invite suitable users to testing or early-access programmes;
- send release and important product updates for those selections;
- measure aggregate demand without treating a waitlist entry as a store download or active user; and
- prevent duplicate, automated or abusive submissions.
4. How long we keep it

5. Sharing and security
Access is limited to authorised Big Helpers administrators through the protected company CMS. The database is stored outside the public website directory. We may use hosting or email-delivery providers only as needed to operate the service. We do not sell or rent this data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to confirm, correct or delete your waitlist data, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@bighelpers.in from the same address used to join. You may also use our data-deletion request. Removing a waitlist record does not affect any separate app account you may hold.
7. Related policy
This notice supplements the main Big Helpers privacy policy. If the two differ specifically about this waitlist, this notice governs the waitlist data.
