Downloading receipts and payment history
You can view Big Helpers payment history from the client portal. Use it to download receipts, check invoice status, and confirm whether a payment has been marked as paid.
A receipt confirms that Big Helpers received your payment. It usually includes payment date, payment mode, transaction reference, invoice reference, and client details. A GST invoice is different from a receipt: the invoice records the taxable supply, while the receipt confirms payment collection.
If you paid by UPI, card, net banking, or bank transfer, keep the confirmation until your portal status updates. If the portal still shows unpaid, share the transaction ID, payment date, and invoice number with support.
