How to send your first WhatsApp reminder

Quick answer

WhatsApp messages depend on the connected number, approved templates, customer consent, and delivery status from the provider.

When to use this

Use this when a payment reminder, invoice message, or customer update is not going.

Steps

1. Check that the customer mobile number is correct.
2. Confirm that WhatsApp sending is enabled for your account.
3. Use an approved template where required.
4. Check delivery status after sending.
5. Raise a ticket with customer number, template name, and screenshot if it fails again.

Screenshots

Add a mobile screenshot of the page, invoice, customer record, error, or website screen when raising a ticket.
