- WhatsApp: message +91 96305 99557.
- Post: send a letter to the postal address above.
Please include these details so we can help you faster:

- what happened, with dates where you can; and
- what resolution you want.
General enquiries that are not complaints stay on contact@bighelpers.in or our contact page. This keeps real complaints easy to find and track.
3. Our timelines
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours. We then resolve it, or send you a written status update, within 30 days. These timelines follow what the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 expect from online businesses in India.
If your complaint is about a payment or a refund, it first follows our Refund & Cancellation Policy. The timelines above still apply while we look into it.
4. Complaints about your personal data
If your complaint is about your personal data — for example you want a copy of it, a correction, or a deletion — it is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Use our Data Deletion page, or
- contact the Grievance Officer with the details above.
We answer these data-rights requests within 30 days.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, or you get no reply within 30 days, write to us again. Mark your message "Escalation — Grievance Officer" so it is picked up first.
Using our grievance process does not limit your legal rights. You keep every right the law gives you, including going to consumer forums or the courts at Katni, Madhya Pradesh, as described in our Terms of Service.
6. Report harmful or unlawful content
To report content on our sites (including /securesign verification records), use our Copyright & IP complaints page or the channels on this page.
