Trained on your FAQs, products, policies. Answers 60-80% of inbound queries before escalating. Replaces 1-2 receptionist headcounts. ROI: 4-8 months.

Best for: clinics, e-commerce, edtech, multi-branch services.

2. Lead qualification

Inbound lead from form/WhatsApp → AI asks 4-6 qualifying questions → routes hot leads to sales, parks cold leads in nurture sequence. Saves sales team 5-10 hrs/week. ROI: 3-6 months.

"Personalised home page" / "AI-recommended products" — fine for Amazon-scale, useless at <10K MAU. Personalisation needs data; you don't have enough.

AI image generation in your product

Unless your product is image generation (Canva, Adobe), wedging in AI images doesn't move revenue. Looks novel for a week.

Cute demo. Inaccurate at SME data volumes. Don't bet decisions on AI forecast at this scale.
