Do we own the source code?
Yes — 100%. Source code, database, design files, documentation. We give you a Git repository (GitHub or your self-hosted) at handover. You can hire any developer to maintain it; you're not locked into us.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes — we deploy on your infrastructure (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud / your VPS / on-premise) per your IT policy. We support fully on-prem deployments for sensitive sectors (banking, defence, healthcare).
How does this stay compliant when statutory rules change?
Statutory updates (PF/ESI rate changes, TDS slab changes, new state PT rules) are included in maintenance contracts. We push updates within 7 days of the gazette notification. Without a maintenance contract, we charge ₹15K–40K per quarterly update batch.
Can we migrate from GreytHR / Zoho People / Keka / Darwinbox / SAP?
Yes — we have done all five. Data migration scripts, employee history import, salary register reconciliation. We run both systems in parallel for one full payroll cycle to verify zero discrepancy.
What about user training?
Included. We train HR (full admin), managers (approval workflows), and run two town-halls for employees. Hindi/English/regional. Train-the-trainer model — we hand over training material so you can onboard new joiners yourself.
