Cookie and Tracking Notice

Last updated 30 August 2026 · Applies to bighelpers.in · Bighelpers Software and Solutions Pvt Ltd

1. In one line

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies and browser storage. We run no advertising trackers. The one third-party lookup we make — ipapi.co, used to suggest a language — is listed below.

2. Cookies and browser storage we use

A cookie is a small file your browser keeps. Local storage is a small note your browser keeps on your device. Session storage is the same idea, but it is wiped when you close the tab. Here is everything we set on bighelpers.in.

NameWhat it isWhere it livesTypeHow long
bh_cms_sessionKeeps the /apps/ waitlist form secureCookieStrictly necessaryAbout 3 hours
bh-consent-v1Remembers your cookie-banner choiceLocal storageStrictly necessary (to honour your choice)Until you clear it

preferred-language, language-setLanguage suggestion stateLocal storageFunctionalUntil you clear it
bhPopupShownLimits how often the popup showsSession storageFunctionalUntil the tab closes

A note on the one real cookie: bh_cms_session is set with HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax flags. In plain words, scripts on the page cannot read it, it only travels over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and it is not sent on most cross-site requests.

Nothing in this list is used to follow you around the internet. The local storage entries never leave your device.

3. Third parties your browser talks to

When you open bighelpers.in, your browser also talks to a few outside services. Here is the full list.

ServiceWhat it doesWhere it runs
ipapi.coLooks up your approximate country and region from your IP address, so we can suggest an Indian-language versionMost pages
Google FontsLoads the typefaces (letter styles) the site usesCore pages
RazorpayProcesses online paymentsPayment pages only
Google Analytics / PostHogA loader that stays inactive (explained below)About 88 marketing pages

The ipapi.co lookup gives us a rough country and region, nothing more. We do not use it to identify you.

Razorpay appears only on payment pages and handles your card and UPI details under its own privacy policy. Big Helpers does not store them.

About analytics, said honestly: some marketing pages carry a Google Analytics 4 / PostHog loader, but it stays inactive. Analytics would run only if it is ever switched on, and only after you consent through the banner. As of 30 August 2026, no analytics ID is configured, so nothing is collected.

To be clear about advertising: there are no advertising pixels, no ad personalisation, and no cross-site tracking on bighelpers.in.

The cookie banner appears once. Your choice is saved in local storage under the name bh-consent-v1, so we can honour it on later visits.

To change your choice, clear the site data for bighelpers.in in your browser. Every browser also lets you block or delete cookies outright — look under Settings, then Privacy.

One honest warning: if you block strictly-necessary cookies, the /apps/ waitlist form and the payment pages may stop working.

5. Do Not Track and Topics

Some browsers can send a “do not track” style signal. We do not run any tracking that would ignore signals like these.

The advertising Topics API — a browser feature that shares your interests with advertisers — is disabled site-wide.

6. Changes and contact

We keep this notice current. If we add, remove or change a cookie, we will update this page and the date at the top. The facts on this page were checked on 30 August 2026.

For how we handle your personal data in detail, see our privacy policy. You can also contact our Grievance Officer.
