We restore from a clean backup, scan for the entry point, patch it, and harden the site. Included in your plan, no extra fee. How quickly do you respond to a downtime alert?

Do you do content updates and small design changes?
Yes. Up to 10 small edits per month (text changes, image swaps, new pages from existing template, plugin config) included from the ₹6,500/month tier. Larger work (new templates, integrations, redesigns) quoted separately at our standard rate.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month, cancel any time with 7 days' notice. We don't believe in 12-month lock-ins for maintenance — if we're not earning the renewal each month, you should be free to leave.
How is this different from what our hosting company offers?
Hosting companies maintain the server (uptime of the box, OS patches, basic backup of the disk). We maintain your specific site — WordPress version, plugins, content layer, security at the application level, SEO health, speed. Both are needed; they don't overlap.
