Zoho and HubSpot are excellent off-the-shelf products — they win when your workflow is fairly standard and you don't mind paying per-seat forever. A custom CRM wins when your workflow is opinionated (specific dealer rules, regional pricing, multi-step approvals) or when per-seat fees start crossing ₹2-3L/year and rising. Most clients who switch tell us the deciding factor was either reporting (Zoho's reports didn't answer their questions) or the fact that they'd customised Zoho so heavily it was unmaintainable.
Yes. We export GST-compliant CSV that Tally and Busy import natively. For real-time sync, we use the Tally XML interface or third-party connectors like SuvitTech. Marg integration is via their public API. The integration scope is locked in discovery so there are no surprises.
